Jenn Aysta

Executive Director/LALD Biwabik & Eveleth

Hello, my name is Jenn Aysta, and I serve as the Executive Director and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) for New Journey Residence in Biwabik and Eveleth, Minnesota. Born and raised on the Iron Range, I learned early on the importance of building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community.

When I'm not traveling between our two New Journey Residence communities, you'll likely find me spending time with my two sons, Grant and Jack, tackling a home improvement project with my fiancé, Cory, or cuddling with our two dogs, Archie, a Cocker Spaniel, and Hank, a Golden Retriever.

My primary focus is ensuring that the needs of our residents are met with compassion, dignity, and respect while supporting the continued success and growth of our communities. I am passionate about creating welcoming environments where residents, families, and team members feel valued, connected, and supported every day.
